Kristopher Dahir is a lifelong servant-leader, pastor, educator, and public official with a passion for helping others discover their values, walk in purpose, and reach meaningful goals. With over 35 years of experience teaching and leading in ministry, government, and education, Kristopher brings a rare blend of spiritual insight, leadership wisdom, and global perspective to every conversation.

His journey began more than three decades ago during a personal moment of reflection and prayer on a hill, where he sensed a call not to follow a well-worn path—but to forge a new one. That moment became the inspiration behind Finding Your South, a philosophy and practice centered on courageous leadership, authentic purpose, and the willingness to take the road less traveled.

Kristopher has trained and mentored leaders across six continents, served as a senior pastor, founded a Christian college, led humanitarian efforts, and held public office—all while staying grounded in his belief that true leadership starts with valuing others.

Today, through Finding Your South, he continues to coach, speak, and consult with individuals, churches, nonprofits, and organizations who are ready to grow, lead, and live with clarity.
